WHAT SERVICES DOES ELITE OFFER?

Elite Nursing Home Health Care provides skilled nursing care to medically fragile and medically complex newborns, infants, children and adolescents from 0 to 21 years of age. Elite staff specializes in tracheostomy and ventilator care, feeding tubes, nebulizer treatments, TPN, frequent seizures requiring intervention, as well as many other special medical needs that children and young adults may have.

Physical Therapy

Providing care to patients ages 0 - 21 who have functional problems resulting from back and neck injuries; sprains, strains, and fractures; arthritis; amputations; neurological disorders, such as stroke or cerebral palsy; injuries related to work and sports; and other conditions.

Occupational Therapy

Evaluate children’s abilities, modify classroom equipment to accommodate children and help children participate in school activities. Also provide early intervention therapy to infants and toddlers who have, or are at risk of having, developmental delays.
